FAQs
What are the benefits of the Aonic Club membership?
Members pay cost on everything Aonic makes. No markup, no minimums. Founding members pay $49 for their first year, then $149 a year, and get first access to new products. Once the 10,000 founding spots are gone, new members pay $99 for year one, then $149 a year.
What makes Aonic Fuel clean?
Aonic Fuel has no artificial sweeteners and 0g added sugar. It's made with real cocoa or vanilla, natural flavors and lactose-free milk protein, with 5g of fiber per scoop for satiety.
How is it actually at cost?
We make the products ourselves and sell them direct. No brand tax, no retail layer, no ad budget baked into the price. AI handles sourcing and operations, so we run on a fraction of the overhead. That leaves the price as the sum of real costs: ingredients, blending, packaging, freight to our warehouse, packing your order and payment processing. The membership fee is how we make money. The products don't have to.
How does shipping work?
Orders of $50 or more ship free, for members and non-members. Under $50, shipping is $7.49, or $9.99 if your order includes Aonic Fuel Protein Shake. If you buy the membership with other products, the membership counts toward the $50. We currently ship to the United States only.
Is my membership auto-renewed?
Yes. Founding membership is $49 for your first year, then renews automatically at $149 a year, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel. We'll email you before every renewal with the date and the amount. Cancel anytime in your account or at info@aoniclife.com, and you keep member pricing through the end of the year you've paid for.
Is there a limit to how much I can buy?
Yes. Members can buy up to 3 units of each product in any 30 days, subscription orders included. All flavors and sizes of a product count together. It keeps memberships from being resold on secondary marketplaces.
Can I change my mind after joining?
Email info@aoniclife.com within 180 days of joining and we'll refund your first membership payment. Products in your order aren't refunded. Your membership and product subscriptions end the day we refund it. Renewals aren't covered.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling stops future membership charges. You keep member pricing until the end of the year you've paid for. When your membership ends, your product subscriptions are cancelled too. We'll confirm the date by email when you cancel.
Can I pay with HSA/FSA?
Aonic offers HSA/FSA checkout through Flex for eligible customers. Savings vary based on individual circumstances.
